Lil’ Spruce Beach house will be available summer 2021!  The newest addition to Beach Life Cottage Rentals, its designed to keep in mind the vacationer that only has a few days to experience everything that Southampton has to offer but can’t stay for a full week.  Sleeps 2 comfortably. Lil’ Spruce Beach House is located adjacent to Pine Lodge entirely separate and private, and has its own fire pit, bbq, wifi, and parking area.  It can be booked on its own for minimum 3 night stays or in conjunction with Pine Lodge to accommodate extra guests.
